Ireland Student Visa from Bangladesh 2027: Fee, Funds & Process

English-speaking, part of the EU, home to Google, Meta and Pfizer's European offices — Ireland has quietly become a favourite for Bangladeshi master's students. Searches for "Ireland student visa from Bangladesh requirements" have grown, yet Ireland gets far less Bangla coverage than the UK or Canada. That is a gap worth filling: the Ireland student visa from Bangladesh has clear, published rules.

What does an Ireland study visa cost?

Ireland's visa fees are among the lowest of the major English-speaking destinations. The bigger numbers are tuition and the funds you must show.

How does the funds rule work?

The Irish visa office wants to see that money is immediately accessible — not property, not future salary.

  • €10,000 for living costs for a course longer than eight months, in your or your sponsor's account.
  • Tuition: pay in full if under €6,000; if fees are higher, pay at least €6,000 before applying.
  • For later years: show you can access €10,000 plus each year's fees.
  • Six months of statements: with a clear history; explain large lodgements.
  • Sponsor letters: with income proof and relationship evidence (e.g. birth certificate).

Can you work in Ireland on a student visa?

Students on an eligible course listed on the Interim List of Eligible Programmes (ILEP) receive Stamp 2 and may work up to 20 hours a week during term and 40 hours a week from June to September and from 15 December to 15 January. Graduates of eligible degrees can then apply for the Third Level Graduate Programme (Stamp 1G) to stay and look for work (reported by education and travel sites).

What should your Ireland study visa file contain?

  • Signed AVATS summary sheet and two photos
  • Passport with 12 months validity

  • Tuition fee receipt
  • Evidence of €10,000 funds and six months' statements
  • English test result (IELTS etc.)
  • Academic certificates, plus explanation of any study gap

Which courses and cities suit Bangladeshi students?

Most Bangladeshi applicants choose one-year taught master's degrees in data analytics, computer science, business analytics, finance or pharmaceutical science. Dublin has the most jobs but the highest rent; Cork, Galway and Limerick are cheaper. Universities to look at include Trinity College Dublin, University College Dublin, University of Galway, University College Cork, University of Limerick and Dublin City University.

Note: Ireland's Bangladesh applications are handled by the visa office in New Delhi. Follow its checklist exactly, and allow eight weeks before your course starts.

How should you move money for fees and living costs?

Short answer: pay tuition by bank transfer from a Bangladeshi bank against your offer letter, and carry only a modest amount of endorsed cash for arrival.

  • Student file at your bank: Bangladeshi banks remit tuition and living costs for students abroad under Bangladesh Bank foreign exchange rules. Open the student file early, because banks ask for the offer letter, visa or acceptance papers and passport.
  • Keep every receipt: remittance advice, university receipt and bank certificate together. Visa officers and later renewals both look for a clean money trail.
  • Arrival cash: a small amount of endorsed foreign currency covers the first days; a dual-currency card covers the rest until you open a local account.
  • Sponsor documents: if parents fund you, prepare their income proof, tax return and a sponsorship letter in the same name spelling as the passport.
  • No sudden large deposits: unexplained lump sums in a bank statement are a common reason for questions; let savings show a natural history.

Why get one-to-one help instead of doing it yourself?

Because one person who knows the rules checks your whole plan before you pay for anything. Most trips that go wrong do so for small reasons: a passport that expires too soon, a booking that does not match the visa form, a fee paid on an unofficial site, or a return date that clashes with an exam or job. Doing it alone is possible — the official links on this page are all you need — but a second pair of experienced eyes makes the process clearer, quicker and far less likely to go wrong.

What does Eduvisa's one-to-one service include?

  • A dedicated adviser who handles your file from first conversation to return, so you never repeat your story.
  • A document checklist made for your case — passport, photos, bank papers, bookings, letters — reviewed before anything is submitted.
  • Budget and itinerary planning with realistic costs from Dhaka, timed around holidays and fare peaks.
  • Application support on official portals only, with every fee and receipt recorded.
  • Travel-history planning so this trip strengthens future UK, Schengen or study visa applications.

What is the Eduvisa membership card?

Every student or tourist client receives an Eduvisa membership card with a personal client ID. The card's website line reads getbesthost.com/eduvisa: sign in there with your client ID to track your processing status, see all your documents in one place and view every payment you have made.

How can you check progress and verify payments?

Our verified client portal at getbesthost.com/eduvisa shows how far your work has progressed, step by step, and lets you confirm that each payment was received and recorded. You always know where your file stands without having to call and ask — and you can show family members exactly what has been paid and why.
